I cannot place an order?
Please make sure that you are placing an order via Internet Explorer in the Checkout section.
Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
Click the link "My Account" -> sign in -> click below "My Orders", the date you order your item and you will find your tracking number below on the "Order Status".
My order never arrived.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you

How do I create an account?
- Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
- Enter your email address.
- Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
- First you must obtain a return authorization number from us by contacting us with reasons why you would like to return the item.
- Once you receive the return authorization number, please note this number on the invoice you received with the shipment and include with the return shipment.
- Please package the item in the same way it was packaged when you received the shipment. Ensure the box used to ship the returned item is big enough so the shape of the item is not compromised.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. For your protection please insure and track your return package. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items while in transit.
- Once we receive the returned item, it will take 3-5 business days to credit the credit card used in the purchase (shipping charges will not be credited). Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid by check, ParadiseTreasure.com will mail out a check to you and mail it to your shipping address on file. Please allow two weeks for receipt due to the mailing system.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account/Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping adddess details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, undortunately we can not ship to your country at this time.
If you are qualified for, during the checkout process you will select on payment Method*: Other Option and place your order. Our customer service will reveive your sale order and will contact you through email to let you know about the shipping cost. If you agreed on the shipping, you will have to make a payment and we will ship your order. Please note that we won't ship your order until we have received your payment from you.
What are my payment choices?
You're able to pay by credit Card or check. If paying by check, please during the checkout process you will select on Payment Method : Other Option and place your order. Please indicate on Order Comments : " I am sending you a check". Check orders will be placed on hold until the check clears from the bank which can take 7-10 business days from the time the check was received. If you have any questions as to the delay in shipping of your order because of this, please don't hestitate to contact customer service.

What is the return policy?
We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. Customers have 30 days from date of invoice to return any unwanted merchandise that is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of defects and in its original packaging, if applicable. ParadiseTreasure.com has the right to refuse return of any merchandise that this site determines does not meet these requirements. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Items that are to be returned/exchanged must be in NEW condition with all paperwork, materials or accessories intact. The item/items must be free of any damage or defect, including but not limited to stains, scratches, or torn parts. Packages must be returned pre-paid. You must contact customer service for a return authorization prior to shipping us the item. Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange, receive an in-store credit, or receive a refund less shipping costs. All exchanges are subject to availability of the item requested in the exchange and are subject to your payment of any cost difference for the item as well as any additional taxes if applicable.
